Who we are

These terms govern your use of this website, the Placement Hub USA dashboard and any services you buy from us. Placement Hub USA is a brand of Asquare(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be 18 or older.

What we do, and what we don't

We help international students and professionals find work in the United States: we prepare your resume and profile, search for suitable roles, send applications in your name, contact recruiters and prepare you for interviews. We are not a law firm and we do not give immigration or legal advice. Your designated school official (DSO), your employer and their attorneys, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services make the decisions about your status. We do not promise that you will get a job, an interview or any particular salary.

Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date. Your work authorization status and dates shape what the dashboard shows you.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and can't be shared or transferred.

The free account

The free dashboard (the application tracker, OPT dates and estimates, and the H-1B employer history) costs nothing, and we do not ask for a card. If we ever change what is free, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can delete a free account at any time from your profile.

Tools, estimates and public data

Our calculators and the dashboard give estimates from the dates and facts you enter. The OPT unemployment-day figure is an estimate; the count in your SEVP Portal is the official one. H-1B employer figures come from the public USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub; past filings do not mean an employer will sponsor a particular role. Always confirm anything that affects your status with your DSO or an immigration attorney before you act on it.

The Placement Program (clients)

• Your agreement comes first. Your fees, what the program includes, and refunds are set out in the written agreement you sign with us, and our refund policy. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement wins. The dashboard's Fees page is a record of that agreement; we do not take payments through it.
• Applications in your name. We send applications only with a resume version you have approved in your dashboard. Everything in it must be true. Tell us at once if anything we send is inaccurate, and we will correct it. We will not knowingly present false information to an employer.
• Interviews are yours. You attend and answer every interview yourself. Nobody may sit an interview or assessment on your behalf.
• The job-search Gmail account. We create a Gmail account in your name for your search and use it on your behalf: to apply, to receive replies and, with your agreement, to show those replies in your dashboard. It must be used only for your job search. When your program ends, we stop using it and disconnect it from your dashboard, and you can take it over.
• Your files. You keep ownership of your resume and the documents you give us, and you let us use them to deliver the program.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, to get around our security or rate limits, to copy our data in bulk (including the H-1B employer data through the search box), to upload anything harmful or unlawful, or to use the service for anyone but yourself.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect you, other users or the service; where we can, we will tell you why first. When an account is closed, its data is deleted on the schedule in our privacy policy.

Our content

The website, the dashboard and our guides belong to Asquare. You may use them for your own job search, but not copy, resell or republish them.

Services we rely on

Parts of the service depend on others, such as Google, Calendly and email providers. Their availability isn't in our control, and their own terms apply when you use them.

No warranties, and limits on our liability

We provide the website, the free dashboard and the tools “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on an estimate or on public data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or what is promised in a client's signed agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
