What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, work authorization status and anything you write in the message field. If you become a client we also collect your resume and supporting career documents.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, to deliver the services you purchase, and to introduce you to employers where you have asked us to. We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how people move through this site — which pages they visit and where they drop off. These tools set cookies in your browser and record page URLs and interaction counts. We have disabled automatic form capture, so the contents of any form you fill in are never sent to them. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, work authorization status or message text to any analytics provider.

Sharing your resume

We share your resume with a prospective employer only when you have agreed to that specific introduction.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for 24 months and client records for 7 years. You may ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing TODO_CONTENT@placementhubusa.com.

Your rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Email TODO_CONTENT@placementhubusa.com to make a request.
