Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back from Placement Hub USA, a brand of Asquare. Your fees and refund terms are set out in the written agreement you sign before you pay anything. If your agreement says something different from this page, your agreement applies.

The free consultation

The consultation is free. Nothing is charged for it, and you are under no obligation after it.

Changing your mind

If you cancel in writing within 3 business days of signing your agreement, and before we have started work, we refund your enrollment fee in full.

After work has started

The enrollment fee pays for work we do for you from the start: rebuilding your resume and profile, and planning your search. Once that work has begun, the part of the enrollment fee that covers work already done is not refundable. If you cancel, we refund the part that covers work not yet done, as set out in your agreement.

The placement fee

The placement fee is due only after you accept a job offer, and it is paid in installments. If you do not accept an offer, you pay no placement fee. What happens to installments if an offer is withdrawn or your employment ends early is set out in your agreement.

Things we cannot refund

We do not refund fees because an employer decided not to hire you, because you chose not to attend an interview, or because you withdrew from the program after the cancellation window. No one can promise that an employer will hire you, and we never do.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@placementhubusa.com with your name and the date you signed your agreement. We reply within 5 business days. An approved refund is paid to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
