Who it's for
Changing jobs on H-1B
You are already working in the US and want your next role. We look for employers that file H-1B petitions, send the applications and prepare you for the interviews.
Employers that file petitions
USCIS publishes each employer's H-1B petition decisions, so an employer's record can be checked before you apply.
Cap-exempt employers
Universities, their affiliated nonprofits and nonprofit or government research organizations are not subject to the annual H-1B cap.
Applications sent in your name
Each one with a resume and cover letter tailored to the posting.
Ready for each interview
Mock interviews for the company and the round you are facing.
Your employer files, USCIS decides
A new employer files an H-1B petition for you, and USCIS decides it. The employer's immigration attorney tells you when you can start. We are not an H-1B petitioning employer and we do not file petitions.
- The employer, or its agent, files Form I-129 for an H-1B worker.
- Institutions of higher education, their affiliated or related nonprofit entities, nonprofit research organizations and government research organizations are not subject to the annual H-1B cap.

Straight answers
Are you an H-1B sponsor?
No. We are not a petitioning employer and we do not file immigration petitions.
Can you promise an employer will sponsor me?
No. Whether to file a petition is each employer's decision. What we can do is point your search toward employers that have filed H-1B petitions before, using the data USCIS publishes, and toward employers that are exempt from the cap.
